Our proprietary High Temperature Pressurized process protocol ensures conversion ratios of over 98%, every time. This, along with our BIOClean centrifugal clarifiers allows for clean Biodiesel production, with ought the need for wet or dry washing. This eliminates the added time, work, cost and contaminating effluents associated with dry or wet washing.

Our manufacturing facility is strategically located in San Jose, Costa Rica. This gives us easy access to world markets, reduces production costs and access to a highly skilled and educated workforce.

CentralBioDiesel has a manufacturing license for the complete line of BIO reactors, presses, filters, storage tanks and everything required for the production of Biodiesel. Our exclusive license, granted by Ricardo Carlstein, provides us with exclusive rights to new model updates and upgrades, consulting services and guidance. Our manufacturing facility has been set up to achieve high quality through the strict implementation of manufacturing procedures provided by our license agreement. Mr. Ricardo Carlstein has over 10 years of experience in the design and implementation of Biodiesel production equipment and facilities.
